Administrators have the option of providing a form for members of the public to submit an item and request handling instructions. Contact information fields can be included in the form to allow for a personal response to the people submitting items. Administrators have the ability to review and edit submitted items and add them to the database when deemed appropriate and beneficial to the community.
Note: Visible entry form fields can be selectively restricted. For example, members of the public who are not logged-in as Administrators can be limited to seeing only the “Item or Material” field to prevent the uploading of inaccurate information or unauthorized images.
